At the Hospital

Annabelle is home and doing fine. For those of you who don't know, Annabelle had been running a fever on Friday night and into Saturday. Saturday night it spiked higher than it had and she became really lethargic - not the Annabelle we all know and love. We brought her into the Emergency Room around 7:30 and ended up finding she had a urinary tract infection and they wanted to keep her for observation.

The antibiotics started working and she has been fever-free for over 24 hours. She still has some medicine to take at home and some further tests early next week, but we're hoping for the best. If it is more complex of a problem, internal organ issues, it would have shown up earlier than now...but we'd rather be safe than sorry and find out.

She's back to her old self with just a little less energy. She has a wave for you in the video below with her 'paddle' where her IV was. Thanks to all for your positive thoughts and support!!

My sis in law's little girl has been on anti biotics for the last year because of "internal organ issues" and it all started similar to your little girls. Hope everything is well.
